Look closely at this angel, she is walking thru darkness and has hounds at her legs, yet she walks in peace. She is carrying a box. What is in the box that gives her such confidence? Is it Truth? Faith? Hope?
Again, I added the ever loved poem by Emily.

Sweet Pea's Chair
This chair is for my Sweet Pea. No one else sits in it except an occasional bird. I used to sit in it... about 18 years ago... couldn't bear to throw it away when the seat broke out. So I saved it for my Sweet Pea.
There are a lot flowers yet to bloom, I'm wondering if I'll even see the chair at all in another month.

PINK
I found some PINK for my friend Sandy at ART TEA LIFE. Pink art, did you ask me to do pink art?
I also need some help on the gardening, maybe naturegirl could come visit and spread some magic!

I wonder...
I'm having fun with my new printer. It works wonderful on fabric, and even more wonderful on photo paper! I printed off some of my most recent crazy quilt collages and glued them to blank cards. Ebay here I come. Click on pictures to enlarge.
Ebay has been fun over the past few years, I've always just been tickled pink that someone might want my creations enough to bid and buy! The bonus this year is the added income has helped pay doctor bills incurred by my over-active soccer playing teenager. He has donated his spleen and his acl to the sport this year & a half! He just got his doctor's release to go at it again last week! So I gotta keep creating! Isn't it amazing how everything ties together.

The Journey
This piece was made in 2005, and the motorcycle trip was Spring of 2004. The bridge is in Southern Utah and I am riding the rear motorcycle.
I used an old crazy quilt for the base, and added the picture, words, and embellishments. I tried to incorporate the road into the crazy quilt (the yellow line) to express how art reflects the life of the artist.
