I do. I work weekdays and have weekends off to catch up on everything, including stitching.
The last 2 blocks are finished now with backs and borders. I contemplated folding them into envelope purses but couldn't bear to fold up the designs...
A nice Saturday morning is up early... drinking coffee... and dreaming up a new idea to start stitching on.
I have a small stack of these primitive 9-patch blocks and figured they make great starting bases. The pink one got a bird this morning. I think I will attempt a wreath of leaves and birds...
Have a happy relaxing weekend!
happy weekend too....and...wonderful patches...

ReplyDeletei like what you are doing here, too. a wreath of leaves and birds would look sweet.
ReplyDeleteThese squares have turned out so lovely ... love both of them equally too ... like, I love the stitching on the thread doodling one + the border so sets it off & I love the colours of the brown with red flowers one & the stitching is superb & that binding so sets it off with the leaves ... ummm, now I can't wait to see what you come up with for the pink & white nine patch block... you are such a talent & so inspire, so many of us ... keep stitching & enjoy your w/e... luv ...
