Hey Cat! I think you could be teaching free motion yourself! The thread in the sampler was by Superior Threads called Rainbow in a pale gold variegated colorway. It looks fantastic in person...just enough variation to make it look super intricate!
Wow! I love your designs- it looks like an ink drawing, not sewn on! Thanks for your comment on my blog a while back- "beauty in the brokenness" is so true.
