oh, this is beautiful. I love the way you created this with a poem that is so touching in its simple beauty. Your quilting is amazing. I love the moon and sky...
Okay....WOW! Did you hand sew the writing or use big stitches and big thread in the machine? My son loved the Goodnight Moon story as a child. When he was traveling around the US on tour he would write goodnight moon on Twitter and I would know that he was safe and finally going to sleep. I have a moon quilt in the back of my mind for him. This stirred some thoughts! You know I'm your biggest fan. Deb
you are SOOOOOO talented! i am impressed with your creative mind, this one is just out of this world!!! no pun intended. oh how i would love to be able to do this.
Oh my gosh! This is so beautiful, I love what you have done...of course I am a moon girl, so this is just right for my eyes to see. You have really done it this time, I love it!!!!!!!Hugs, Mary
What a great way to present a poem! I checked out the site "Art Tea Life" and it is disappointing that there is no way to comment on her blog. I would like to leave comments about what she has posted but it seems that she does not want that interaction with others. Hard to understand why someone would want "the world" to see what she thinks and does but not want to hear "the worlds" comments. To each their own I guess. Just hard for me to understand why.
Lovely! I especially like the clouds. Your freehand writing is so impressive!
ReplyDeleteAbsolutely beautiful...
