Finished. Found some sun up the canyon so the quilt could lay like a lizard on a rock and soak up the sun.
The back is predominantly orange with a pieced stripe offset with the mustard yellow. Stipple quilted.

ReplyDeleteI've yet to make a coin type quilt. I like the way you played with the shapes a bit; that it is not all just rectangles. The girl can quilt!

ReplyDeletethat is beautiful! it sure brightens my day! fyi...i got my old bernina out of storage this weekend and it has a darning foot and still sews like a dream...i have been practicing stippling on some small quilt sandwiches. i'm excited. the only problem i'm noticing is the tension and stitch length may not be right...any tips? thanks :D
