Cat this is lovely - I love the way the stitches flow with the doves shape ... very inspiring. Enjoy your garden - it must be looking lovely or soon will be ... will everything be in bloom now over there ... we are in the first grips of winter here not that it's anything like you have but the garden is looking a tad sad ... OOroo ... Bethel
A lovely piece, Cat. Your sweetie four-legged below is just adorable. Great shots... love the one of her sleeping. All those freckles are so cute. Chloe had a belly that looked like that.
Have a great week!

PS - How's your RR project coming along??? I hope you're having fun.
Nice piece and beautiful quotation! Tagore is my favorite poet... Here is a devotional chant he wrote...
"Who is in my temple, Who is in my temple? All the doors do open themselves; all the lights do light themselves. Darkness like a dark bird flies away, oh flies away. Darkness like a dark bird flies away, oh flies away. Who is in my temple?"
I think making the bird and the quote in the cream color really make them stand out....GREAT piece. Thanks again for that shot of Annie sleeping, I will smile every time I remember it. BE BLESSED:-)
Lovely Cat! I was challenged while in Sedona with the Glitter sisters to make a collage about me...well not ever doing something like it I was overwhelmed but as I got into the process rather enjoyed it...may do another! It was done with my own photos! YES it took me all day with nobody around..I had to concentrate!! I now appreciate the time that you put into making your act's!
Oh how I love the photos of Annie in your last post!! My how she has grown!! Cat you must get out to ride with the wind on "Route 66!" I thought of you as I saw all the Harley chicks n guys on their bikes passing us!! I'm home now.Boo Hoo..miss AZ and all it's wonder! hugs NG
you made my day with your comment left! I'm truthfully intimidated by this RR (my first!!!). Checking out others first pages and I may have stopped short? lol Oh well, I'm admittedly hoping that the journalers in our midst will fix that for me... AND YOU my dear are an incredible artist...
I can't personally wait to hold the finished doll & journAL IN ME HANDS AS i KNOW YOU WILL BE THE STITCHING queen!

The second I saw this I thought of all the birds that have come back home after a very long winter. It is beautiful as always, I hope you are having a wonderful spring. Hugsm Mary
