Oh Cat... HUGE congrats are in order! Two new babies? I can't believe it. I would be in pure heaven! Oh, of course I know about the peepee issues and the whining.. but those puppy kisses should be bottled! Enjoy this fun and playful time! I am so very happy for you and your family.
