Wildlife Thread Sketches



I found these images on a royalty free site, made them into simpler line drawings, traced them onto the fabric and stitched.

I just can't get enough of your masterpieces. Perhaps you have already said so earlier, but could you please let me know what the material is that you use and is it pre-quilted? Thanks so much.

Hi CarlaHR... Thank you, the material is like a very lightweight canvas but much heavier than muslin. I think it was called "drill". I sandwich the center with a natural cotton batting and do all the quilting myself (not pre-quilted).
