I have never seen a clametis with ruffles. It is very pretty.

This is REALLY beautiful! I had a clematis plant on a trellis in my garden for years, but it never took off. :o( Sometimes, I'll drive past a mailbox or something just completely covered with clematis flowers, often looking quite neglected, but absolutely thriving...I still can't figure out why my little plant didn't like me! Paulette :o)

I planted this one last year and it sun-burned so bad I thought it was a goner. I was delighted to see it send up new healthy starts this year.

ps - that a climber...did you plant it to grow up the new patio roof / whats it called ? not gazebo...oh shooot. YOu know what I mean....The thing. The thing over the patio and table you worked so hard on painting last summer.

So now I bet its looking FABU out there !
