Quilted Fish

Post # 300 Bloggers are terrific Giveaway
I stopped by Pam’s blog and she has a #100 post giveaway, and I checked my post number and I’m at #300! I thought I better do a giveaway!

Just getting back from a fishing trip… so here is a colorful quilted fish. I am still experimenting with my Juki and wanted to try the circular background as opposed to regular stipple.

Leave a comment and I’ll put you in a drawing for the fish. Even if you stop by and you never comment… do so. In one week (Friday, June 19th) I will draw the winner. I will post the winner at that time, plus if you have a blog I will leave a comment to notify you.

The quilted fish piece measures 8 ½” X 11”.

Hi Cat
When I was teaching I used to read a story to the children called 'Rainbow Fish'. Your gorgeous fish just reminds me of him!
Glad you had a good holiday...

Love that fish! That circle background makes a nice change from stipple - it looks like either bubbles or pebbles - anyway, appropriate for the fish!

Just beautiful! You're so creative with these thread doodles. I love the ones that appear after the fish too. It must take some patience to do this.
