Family Album (3)

I have struggled to get pictures of this!!!! But here is what I've done this week - picked out a black pre-quilted back fabric (only because I don't have one of those cool quilting machines...) And I'm holding the pictures down with a sequin and bead at each corner. (Not finished yet with that step)

There is no pizzazz to this yet... must come up with something...

What a wonderful project, an heirloom to be treasured for sure. It must be taking up a lot of your time since you haven't been on here for awhile.
Can't wait to see the finished piece. BE BLESSED :-)

oh there will be plenty of pizzazz when your nimble embellishing fingers get going here ! Black is a GREAT choice for the background...wow. You did these fast. FAST AND FUN ! my kind of project....Have you ever tried colored pencil or oil pastels ? The oil pastels can be heat set by ironing (Be sure to put a cloth over / paper) and I have washed and even used a little bleach in the water when doing this on a white tee shirt - it stays strong. Love the oil pastels for this.

What a nice idea and NICE OF YOU TO SHARE and take time to do the great tutorial !

Going back to look more/ enlarge.

Love, S
