Close-up

I was inspired by Stephanie's post of an art of seeing life's finest details. It is very interesting. Here are a few of the details I noticed:

The folds of the dark pink petals of the hollyhock,
and the pollon on the leaf.

I saw the "X" in the middle of this delicate pink flower, and the darker veins gracing the petals.

Great photos! Details are so important aren't they? Too bad we so often overlook them. You have definitely captured some lovely details. Enjoy... and thanks for sharing!

Cat, the girls have gone home and I have found some time to check in on my blogger friends...I love these close ups and I do remember making Hollyhock dolls, I tried to grow them here but with no success,I know how you feel about not spending as much time on here, so much to do outdoors. BE BLESSED
